İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) is the main airport serving the city, with direct international flights and connections via Istanbul. ​
 

Airport Transfers

To assist with your arrival, we can arrange transfer options for conference attendees, including taxis and group shuttles. You can reserve your preferred transfer option via the booking portal.
 

Visa

It is each attendee’s responsibility to investigate and comply with visa requirements for Türkiye. We recommend applying for a visa well in advance of your travel date to avoid last-minute issues.

• E-Visa or Visa on Arrival: Nationals of many countries can apply for an e-visa online via the official Türkiye e-Visa website or obtain a visa upon arrival at Turkish airports
• Application Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid passport (minimum of six months validity beyond their intended stay) and meet any financial and health requirements stipulated by Turkish immigration authorities
• Visa Fees: Fees vary depending on nationality and visa type. Specific visa categories may have additional requirements

Please note that Eid al-Adha will be observed in Türkiye from Friday June 6, to Monday June 9, 2025. Government offices will be closed during this period, so if you require a visa, plan accordingly.
